Norsk Elektro Optikk has its offices in Solheimveien 62 A, Skårer in Lørenskog, Norway. Our offices are located between the centre of Oslo and Oslo Airport Gardermoen (OSL). The distance is around 15-20 kilometres from the centre of Oslo and about 40 kilometres from Oslo Airport Gardermoen.

If you are travelling by car please notify us in advance so that proper arrangements can be made. The parking space is limited and from time to time the parking area is crowded.

From Sandefjord Airport Torp

By car: Follow autoroute E18 in the direction of Oslo until you reach Oslo, then follow signs to Trondheim via autoroute E6 until you reach Karihaugen north of Oslo and then follow road 159. The rest is identical to the From downtown Oslo description found below

By train: Take a taxi from the airport to Sandefjord railway station. Go by train to Oslo (Oslo S) (1h53min) (see nsb.no for timetables). From Oslo S take a taxi to our offices.

By bus. Use one of the airport shuttles from the airport to Oslo and take a taxi from Oslo to our offices. The best option is probably Torpekspressen. Optionally Nor-Way Bussekspress could be used.

Via E6 from south east

Follow autoroute E6 in the direction of Oslo, then through Oslo in the direction of Trondheim until Karihaugen north of Oslo and then follow road 159.The rest is identical to the From downtown Oslo description found below

Via E18 from Sweden

Follow autoroute E18 in the direction of Oslo until Vinterbro south-east of Oslo where E6 and E18 intersect. Then follow E6 in the direction of Oslo, Gardermoen and Trondheim. You will pass through the outer regions of Oslo and should stay on the E6 in the direction of Trondheim until you reach Karihaugen north of Oslo, then follow road 159. The rest is identical to the From downtown Oslo description found below

From downtown Oslo

Follow autoroute E6 in the direction of Trondheim until Karihaugen where the E6 is split (E6 and 159). The exit is marked Lillestrøm, Strømmen, Lørenskog and Karihaugen, road number 159.

From Karihaugen follow road 159 until you reach the crossing called Thurmanskog krysset, then follow sign to Losby, Vallerud, Skårer and Kjenn. Thurmanskog krysset is the second exit from road 159. You will have a white/red brick building (former Carl Zeiss) to the right and the building we are located in straight ahead. A red-brick building with a car dealer named Star Autoco below us on the ground floor. You will reach a roundabout where you should turn slightly left following the road Solheimveien, select the left lane and turn left in the second roundabout. Turn left again after 50-100 metres and enter the parking area around the building. NEO Monitiors is co-located with Norsk Elektro Optikk, Solheimveien 62, entrance A, first floor (marked 2 in the elevator).

From Oslo Airport Gardermoen (OSL)

By train:Go by train from Gardermoen/OSL to Lillestrøm. Use taxi from Lillestrøm to our offfices. Timetables can be found at www.flytoget.no.

By taxi:Go to the taxi depot near the exit and ask for a taxi from the taxi company Nedre Romerike Taxi and ask for a fixed price, as of January 2007 this price should be NOK 530 including an airport tax from the airport to Solheimveien 62, Skårer in Lørenskog. (NOK 470 from us to the airport). These prices apply from 05:00 in the morning to 22:00 in the evening.

By car:Follow signs in the direction of Oslo via autoroute E6. Use exit from the E6 marked Lørenskog. Turn left at the T-junction, drive straight through the first roundabout, turn right in the second roundabout and select the left lane, drive straight through the third roundabout and turn left in the fourth roundabout (follow signs to Strømmen and Lillestrøm.) You are now in the crossing called Thurmanskog krysset. See above for details on how to find the building from there.
